Kettle Recall - shipping label request

For consumers residing in the United States or U.S. territories, to receive the recall remedy, you will need to remove the handle from the recalled kettle and return it to us using a prepaid shipping label we will send to you.  The handle can be removed safely by carefully unscrewing the two screws that attach the handle from the body of the kettle.  After we receive the handle we will issue the recall remedy. After you receive the recall remedy from us, you should dispose of the disabled kettle in accordance with local trash and recycling requirements.
To receive a prepaid shipping label please fill out the below form. The shipping address submitted below should match the address from which you will be shipping the return kettle handle via your pre-paid return label. Once your submission has been processed, you will receive a prepaid return label via email from "tracking@shiptation.com". The return label is easily identifiable as it will be pre-filled with your return address and a destination address attentioned to “Alltrue Fulfillment”. Please check your spam inbox as well. NOTE: If the prepaid return label is not mailed within 21 days, it will expire and you will need to re-request a new return label at that time.
